Day 1: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Skoura – Roses Valley – Dades Valley

Your desert adventure begins in Ouarzazate. The first stop will be Ait Ben Haddou, the UNESCO-listed Ksar famous for its fortified architecture and film appearances (Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven, Game of Thrones).
We then continue to Skoura Oasis to visit Kasbah Amridil, one of the best-preserved Kasbahs in Morocco.
The journey continues along the Valley of Roses before reaching the dramatic landscapes of the Dades Valley.
Dinner and overnight in a hotel/riad near Dades Gorges.

Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Rissani – Merzouga Desert

After breakfast, we travel towards the spectacular Todra Gorges, a paradise for hikers and photographers. Take a short walk to admire the towering cliffs.
We then pass through Tinjdad and Erfoud, known for its fossil workshops and annual Date Festival. On the way, we will stop to explore traditional underground irrigation channels.
By late afternoon, we arrive in Merzouga, where camels await to take you into the heart of the dunes.
Enjoy the sunset over Erg Chebbi before spending the night in a Berber desert camp with dinner, music, and stargazing.

Day 3: Merzouga Desert Exploration

Today is dedicated to exploring the magical Sahara. After breakfast, we set off in a 4×4 jeep to discover the desert surroundings:

• Visit Khamlia village to enjoy Gnawa music and dance

• Meet a nomad family living in traditional tents

• Explore an oasis hidden in the dunes

In the afternoon, return to Merzouga to prepare for another camel ride at sunset. Dinner and overnight in a desert camp or riad, depending on preference.

Day 4: Merzouga – Rissani – Alnif – Nkob – Agdz – Draa Valley

Wake up early to admire the breathtaking sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, depart Merzouga and head towards Rissani, birthplace of Morocco’s ruling Alaouite dynasty, with time to explore its traditional market.
Continue through Alnif and Nkob, charming Berber villages surrounded by palm groves, then follow the scenic Draa Valley, Morocco’s largest oasis with thousands of date palms and ancient Kasbahs.
Dinner and overnight in a riad in Agdz or nearby.

Day 5: Draa Valley – Ouarzazate

After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely morning in the Draa Valley before driving back to Ouarzazate. Depending on your flight or schedule, you may visit Taourirt Kasbah or the Atlas Film Studios before drop-off at your hotel or airport.
